A tasting experience at Freddies
As night falls over the wild terrain of Ruapehu, Freddies transforms into an atmosphere of warmth, flavour, and mountain charm.
Join us on selected Saturday evenings for a curated multi-course menu, celebrating bold New Zealand flavours and seasonal alpine ingredients.
The details:
- Sit down dinner event from 6.30pm onwards at Freddies Tasting Lounge at the Tūroa base area
- Enjoy an 8-course tasting menu
- Transport included from Ohakune Junction at 5.30pm, returning by 10pm
- $140 per person, four person minimum booking
- Wine pairing for starters and mains available at $60 per head
- Next dinner occurs on Saturday 13 September, and fortnightly thereafter
- Fork & Flame operates on a set menu and we cannot accommodate dietary modifications. Please review the menu in advance or contact us prior to your reservation to confirm if the menu suits your needs.
